American Green Realty is a team of environmentally friendly Real Estate Consultants whose goal is to become the leader in the sustainable real estate industry in Northern California.

An average real estate transaction requires 500 sheets of paper, which amount to a 1/16 of a tree. Our goal is to use 100% recycled paper or make our real estate transactions completely paperless, thereby saving about 6 trees for every 100 real estate transactions we make. In addition, we make a donation to a local tree foundation each time we conduct a real estate transaction. We also replace up to 15 incandescent light bulbs with fluorescent ones in each residential property we sell or buy. This translates into approximately $846 of energy savings for each of our clients who buy a residential property.
